The Predictive Index's Solutions

Predictive Index users use its two assessments to assess candidates across key personality traits (dominance, extraversion, patience, and formality) and cognitive ability (learning speed and problem-solving). It is designed for use across the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to team building and leadership development.

Its core features are split between five plans or modules (PI Hire, PI Inspire, PI Design, PI Perform, and PI Diagnose). With limited free trials available for certain modules (e.g., PI Hire), you do have the option to bundle modules together to combine features.
