When the hiring team at Arlington County was having difficulties getting good candidates into their interviews, they looked for a way to change their hiring process. We felt video interviewing would allow us to hire new employees faster. We also wanted a screening method that allowed applicants and hiring managers to complete and then review interviews on their own timelines.
