CoxHealth is the area leader in health care and community involvement, with six hospitals, more than 80 clinics, five ERs, and over 12,500 employees throughout southwest Missouri. Previously, the team used Skype for video interviews but found it challenging to use effectively. They wanted to cut down on their screening time using one-way video interviews, and share candidate interviews with more hiring decision makers.
We wanted to make it easy and less time consuming for our hiring leaders to pre-screen applicants before bringing them in for in-person interviews.
This is our first time using a video interviewing platform. We had previously used Skype, though it's not a full video interviewing platform.
We wanted a video interviewing experience that would be user-friendly for applicants, hiring leaders, and recruiters. In addition, we were hoping to find a platform that provided support for applicants to turn to, if needed.
The account managers we've worked with have been very knowledgeable about the product and have helped ensure we implement best practices during the set up phase. They were consistently available to train and retrain our staff when we implemented video interviewing through the entire system.
