What are some of the results you’ve seen with Spark Hire?

A:

Our typical recruiting projects are time-sensitive and require us to fill a position in under 30 days. With the busy schedule of our potential candidates and recruiters, we needed a solution that enabled our interviews to take place anytime and anywhere without sacrificing the valuable detail you receive during the interviewing process.

Using Spark Hire, we’re able to fill our requisitions in half the time.

How does video interviewing fit into your hiring process?

A:

After we receive an electronic application and we have vetted our top candidates via an initial 15 minute phone interview, we send our top candidates the Spark Hire interview to complete within 24 hours.

Using Spark Hire, we are able to see how candidates handle meeting deadlines, using technology and, of course, interviewing skills.

How did you get your team members to buy into video interviewing?

A:

We wanted something that was as flexible as we are when scheduling interviews.

Our recruiters were immediately able to see how Spark Hire would be a value add to our recruiting.The team was able to imagine the time savings and flexibility during the demonstration. It seemed so easy to use and would definitely make our process much faster.

For those reasons, it was easy to gain buy-in.

A:

First and foremost, working under strict time constraints, the speed to hire is the biggest impact that video interviewing has had on our hiring process.

We also needed a solution that would work well with any technology skill level that a potential candidate may have today. With Spark Hire, the technology guru as well as the technology novice can easily complete his interview in a short amount of time.
