Our Hiring Process

We believe it’s important for you to know where you stand in our hiring process. Below is an outline of the steps we take to make the best hires possible.

Apply

Submit your resume for one of our job openings.

Phone Call

Our hiring team reviews resumes and select candidates for a quick phone call to discuss the position and our company.

Video Interview

We’ll invite candidates to do a one-way video interview on Spark Hire.

In-Person Interview

After the submitted one-way video interviews are reviewed, we’ll invite a final number of candidates to our office for an in-person interview. If you’re applying for a remote position or aren’t local to Chicago, we’ll conduct a live video interview on Spark Hire.
