Is Spark Hire free for job applicants?
Absolutely! Our pricing applies only to employers who are interested in using Spark Hire’s hiring software for their recruiting process. If you are using Spark Hire to participate in an assessment or apply for a job with one of our customers, you do not need to sign up for a plan.

What do you mean by “pricing varies by company size”?
We’ve aligned the features and functionality of our plans to correspond with the complexities and hiring needs of different-sized organizations.
When considering and choosing a plan, consider the option that best aligns with your organization’s headcount.
If you’re unsure or don’t see an option that fits your needs, please contact us, and we’ll be glad to help.
What does "+ applicable sales tax” mean?
If Spark Hire has the legal obligation to pay or collect taxes for which you, the customer, are responsible, the appropriate amount shall be invoiced to and paid by you (or charged on the default payment method) to Spark Hire unless you provide Spark Hire with a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by the appropriate taxing authority.
What’s the difference between the monthly and annual plans?
The main benefits of choosing an annual plan over a monthly plan are:
Unlimited Jobs and Users: Moving forward with an annual plan enables you to use Spark Hire for unlimited jobs and users, whereas the monthly option is limited to a specific number of jobs and users.
Live Training and Customer Success: While all customers get access to our 24×7 support team, access to personalized onboarding and a Customer Success team member is reserved for customers on an annual plan.
Savings: Generally, customers save money by committing to an annual plan.
What does the job limitation on the monthly plans mean?
Spark Hire’s monthly option is limited to a specific number of jobs. The number of jobs is a limitation on how many different roles you can actively complete assessments for at one time.
Jobs can be activated and deactivated at any time so if you fill a position and need to assess candidates for another one, you can simply deactivate one and activate another in its place.
If you choose to move forward with an annual option, you can do assessments for an unlimited number of jobs.
What support is available and do I need to pay for it?
24×7 support is available for all customers and their candidates for no charge.
Live onboarding and access to a Customer Success team member is only available to customers on an annual plan.
How long are my interviews and assessments stored for?
We commit to storing interviews and assessments while you have an active subscription. If you cancel your subscription, we only commit to storing your information for up to 30 days.
What integrations are supported?

One thing to note is several integrations require a paid add-on including Dayforce, UKG Pro, and Workday.
Is API access available?
API access is available as a paid add-on.

We’d simply send you a new Order Form with the updated plan that includes our ATS and we’ll have you activated within 24 business hours.
How much will it cost to add Spark Hire Recruit to my existing contract?
The cost to add Spark Hire’s applicant tracking system to an existing Spark Hire contract depends on a few factors such as the pricing plan you wish to move forward with and the size of your organization.
Existing Spark Hire customers get the best pricing for Spark Hire Recruit as it’s an incremental cost on top of your current plan.
What's the onboarding and implementation process with Spark Hire Recruit?
Spark Hire offers implementation support and training for all new ATS customers with an implementation timeline that will vary based on company size. However, most organizations implement Spark Hire’s ATS within 30 days.
Implementation typically includes a kickoff call with a dedicated point of contact and guidance on how to set up your account and integrate your careers page with Spark Hire. We also offer several training sessions covering everything from basic settings and positions to advanced settings and email templates as well a system overview training and final steps consultation to ensure you can ask any additional questions you may have and have a clear understanding of the next steps.

When you move candidates to this step in your hiring cycle, they are automatically invited to a video interview.
After the video interview is completed, the team member(s) you assigned to this step in the hiring workflow is prompted to review and evaluate the submission.
