Comeet is now Spark Hire
Same collaborative hiring tools you have always relied on, now part of Spark Hire’s full hiring platform.
Spark Hire acquired Comeet in June 2023, and the Comeet applicant tracking system is now known as Spark Hire’s ATS.
What happened
Spark Hire and Comeet announced their merger on June 11, 2023. Both companies were backed by the private equity firm Boathouse Capital at the time, and Josh Tolan, Spark Hire’s CEO, leads the combined company today.

For customers, the transition maintained all existing accounts, contracts, and support. The core of what Comeet did well, including collaborative hiring workflows, task automation, interview scheduling, and reporting, continues to work the same way under the Spark Hire name.
Comeet was renamed and folded into a larger platform: Spark Hire, which sits alongside Spark Hire’s one-way video interview product and Predictive Behavioral Assessment products. Teams can use one or each independently, depending on what they need.
Some Comeet branding may still turn up in a few places while that consolidation finishes; Spark Hire’s own brand transition page is a good source of information on the brand unification.
