I wanted to be able to streamline some of our internal processes and be able to present something more than just a CV to clients.
I have used some basic video interviews tools, however, Spark Hire allowed me to have more control over the way an interview is constructed.
I was looking to control the structure of the interview and be able to easily share interviews with clients. I also wanted integration with my ATS.
I liked the integration focus, customer support, and ease of set up. I also appreciated the quick account activation as I needed to be able to have something up and running fairly quickly.

We would begin with a phone screen and then meet a candidate face to face. Sometimes we would film a candidate giving an introduction to themselves to share with a client.
For more junior roles it replaces a face to face interview. We now just go into more detail on a phone screen beforehand.

Time to market. We can have a candidate fully screened and ready to be submitted to a client in 5-6 hours. The fastest was a candidate who completed their video interview 20 minutes after a phone screen. They were then submitted to the client, who had an interview with them and placed on the same day.
