The story behind our service driven culture

While stellar customer service has been part of our company’s DNA, the service-oriented culture hit its stride when one of our customer success team members, Vince, created a meme of another team member, Ryan, with the words “This Is Service.”

At first, this was a funny gag in the office, but it transformed into a mantra.

In just a few weeks, the mantra was well established throughout the office. Hand drawn t-shirts were made, mouse pads were printed, and the meme could be found pinned to many cubicles.

Today, all Spark Hire team members (and even their significant others) know the “This Is Service” mantra and we’re committed to showing you what it’s all about.
