Spark Hire leverages OpenAI, a subprocessor of Spark Hire, as an LLM (Large Language Model). Our AI tools are built to avoid incorporating Personal Identifying Information (PII) into their analysis, helping to minimize potential biases related to race, gender, or other protected characteristics.

Spark Hire takes a no “black-box” approach to AI in hiring. Recruiters and hiring teams can and always will be able to easily identify why a candidate was evaluated a certain way and how they match up to job requirements.
