How our talent assessment works
Spark Hire’s predictive talent assessment is simple to implement for the recruiting team looking to add assessments to its talent acquisition arsenal, and straightforward to configure for a variety of positions, particularly customer-facing roles. Assessments administered through Spark Hire provide easy to interpret results for the hiring team.
Candidates receive an email to take the assessment and answer multiple choice questions from any device. The assessment takes between 15 and 25 minutes to complete.
