What inspired you to look into video interviewing? What specific challenges in your day-to-day were you looking to solve with video interviewing?
Initially, we were looking for an effective way to cut down on the time we spend on our phone screening process. Our goal was to save time by implementing a more streamlined approach to preliminary interviews.
