In my business, everyone on staff contributes to revenue - and their own commissions - by working on clients. Time wasted by my hiring team (and myself) with appointment-setting, phone interviewing, and interviewees who don’t show up for their interviews has a direct and negative impact on revenue and pay. We needed a better system to keep my staff working while aggressively hiring.

Incredibly easy. Once I played around on the platform, it only took about a half hour to record my candidate experience videos and setup my question sets.

Historically, we experienced about a 70% ghosting rate among candidates who we had already invested time in, who just never showed up for their in-person interview. We use it to replace our phone-screen, which was the first step in our process. But the added advantage is that it pre-qualifies only the most-interested candidates. We have experienced far fewer no-shows for in-person interviews because the candidate, simply by taking the time to record a video interview, has already identified themselves as motivated to be considered for the position.
