What does a job slot get me on Spark Hire?

All Spark Hire plans come with unlimited video interviews. One of the main differences in the plans is the number of jobs you can interview candidates for. For example, if you have a Silver account, you can conduct unlimited interviews for 5 different positions at a time.

What is a user seat?

A user seat is a license to log in and use the platform. User seats are required in order to facilitate interviews on Spark Hire and use additional functionality/features. Individuals who just need to watch interviews that are shared with them do not need a user seat.

What if I have more than 10 users?

You can add more users to your account for $5 USD per additional user per month.

How long are my interviews stored for?

By default, interviews are stored for one year. If you need to store your interviews for more than a year, contact us and we'll discuss your needs and offer a solution. On our Annual Silver and Gold plans, you can download your interviews whenever you'd like.

Do I have to pay with a credit card?

While the most seamless process is paying online via credit card, we do offer alternative payment methods. Please contact us for more information.

What is the video library and what do the storage limits mean?

The video library is where all of the videos that users on your account record or upload. This does not include the video interviews you complete. The videos in your library are used for features such as custom intro videos and video questions. The storage limit is a cap in GB (gigabytes). We add up the file sizes of all the videos in your library and ensure you're under your limit.

Is Spark Hire free for job seekers?

Absolutely! Our pricing page is only for businesses that are interested in using Spark Hire's platform for their recruiting process. If you are on Spark Hire to take an interview with one of our customers, you do not need to sign up for a plan. If you have any questions, contact our support team here.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Yes. If you upgrade your account, you will be charged the full amount of the higher package and the day you upgrade will be your new billing date. If you downgrade, the change will occur at the start of the next billing cycle.

Can I cancel my account?

Yes, you can cancel your account at anytime. When you cancel, you will not be billed when your next billing anniversary arrives.

How do coupon codes and special offers work?

With all coupon codes and special offers, you will be charged for the plan you have selected on your next billing anniversary unless a change is made prior to that date.

What is your refund policy?

Our full refund policy can be found in our Terms of Use. Since Spark Hire initiates service as soon as you pay, there are no refunds. To treat every customer fairly, no exceptions will be made. If you cancel your account before your current billing cycle ends, you won't be charged when your next billing cycle arrives. We give you the ability to cancel your account at any time. This is a recurring service and your renewal date can be found by logging in as an administrator of your company account and visiting billing settings.

Can I purchase more storage for my video library?

Yes, additional storage can be purchased for your video library at a rate of $15 USD per month for 5 GB. When you exceed your storage limit, an extra 5 GB of storage ($15 USD per month) will be auto-billed to your account.

How do I know how large my video file size is going to be?

A 3 minute video recorded on Spark Hire using a MacBook Pro laptop takes up approximately 0.005 GB of space. If you have an extremely high quality video recording on a professional camera, the file size is more likely to be larger.
