What inspired you to look into video interviewing?

A:

As a staffing agency our clients were looking for a different candidate submission process. Using Spark Hire was a refreshing way of introducing a candidate to an organization.

We wanted a tool that was easy of use, came with great customer service, was easy to scale, and automatically packaged the interview for client-ready viewing.
