What inspired you to look into video interviewing?

A:

We wanted to save time for our Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer to ensure we were identifying strong candidates for the openings within our organization.

What criteria did you have in mind for a video interviewing solution?

A:

The ability to customize each job’s question was paramount for us. We utilize 10 specific questions geared towards each job opportunity to help find the best candidate possible, and wanted our video interviewing platform to do the same.

A:

A:

A:

We would make 7-10 hires of mid-level employees, managers, and healthcare providers. There has been a tremendous amount of time saved and is cost effective for us.

Our candidates complete a video interview after a phone interview is conducted.

A:

Every candidate I interact with thus far has never completed a video interview. It is exciting getting them excited about trying something new that can have such a profound impact in their life. It can be a life-changing moment if they do an amazing job and majority of candidates have fun with it, which they should!

What is the biggest impact that video interviewing has on your hiring process?

A:

Video interviews allow candidates to demonstrate their professionalism, knowledge, personality, and decisive decision-making skills. These are important areas of assessment for my team when reviewing candidates, and we understand candidates’ abilities better from their video interview.

What was your aha moment – the moment you knew you loved Spark Hire?

A:

When I found my first physician for an opening and sent their video interview to the hiring managers. The hiring managers were so excited about the candidate and soon after we hired her to the team! It was a really positive experience that Spark Hire had a helping hand in achieving.
